This privacy policy explains how Pulsefy: Heart Rate Monitor for iPhone (the "App") handles your information. The App is made by FIRST POINT YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("First Point", "we", "us").

This data is kept in the App's local storage on your iPhone and is included in your device backups if you have backups turned on, like any other app data. You can delete your measurement history in the App, and deleting the App removes all of it. Pulsefy does not read from or write to Apple Health.
CSV and PDF exports (a Premium feature) are created on your iPhone and go only where you choose to share them.
Pulsefy uses the camera and the flashlight (or the screen as a light source with the front camera) to detect small colour changes in your fingertip caused by blood flow. Frames are analysed in real time in memory. No photo or video is recorded, stored or transmitted. You can turn camera access off at any time in iOS Settings.
Google Firebase Analytics. The App sends anonymous usage events: which screens are opened, when a measurement starts and finishes (mode, camera used, duration and number of readings), onboarding steps, settings changes, paywall views and purchase events. Firebase also processes an app instance identifier, device model, iOS version, app version, language and an approximate country derived from your IP address. Google Firebase Crashlytics. If the App crashes or hits an error, a diagnostic report is sent: the technical error details, device model, iOS version, app version and a Crashlytics installation identifier. Reports do not contain your measurements. Firebase privacy information
RevenueCat. RevenueCat manages Pulsefy Premium purchases and the paywall. It receives an anonymous app user identifier created by RevenueCat, your purchase and subscription status, transaction details from Apple (product, price, currency and dates), app version and country. Apple. Payments are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we never see your payment details. To learn whether an install came from an Apple Search Ads campaign, the App generates an attribution token with Apple's AdServices framework and sends it once to our server, which asks Apple for the campaign result. The token does not contain the advertising identifier (IDFA), and the App does not ask for tracking permission. Apple may also send us aggregated install statistics through SKAdNetwork, which contain no personal identifier.
First Point's own server. The App loads its configuration and the "Other apps" list from our server and records anonymous views and taps on that list (which app was shown or tapped), without any user identifier. If you send feedback from the App, we receive your message, the feedback type, your email address if you enter one, an image if you attach one, the app version, iOS version, device model and language. Like any web server, ours processes your IP address to deliver these requests.
We use the information above to run the App, fix crashes, understand which features are used, provide Pulsefy Premium, answer your feedback and measure our own advertising campaigns. We do not sell your information and do not use it to build advertising profiles.
You can delete your measurement history in the App, revoke camera access in iOS Settings, and remove all local data and the analytics app instance identifier by deleting the App. Depending on where you live (for example under the EU or UK GDPR or Turkish law no. 6698, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to its processing and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email contact@firstpoint.com.tr. Because we do not know who you are, please include what is needed to find your data, for example the email address you used for feedback.
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all network requests and limit access to the data we hold.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example through feedback, contact us and we will delete it.
Pulsefy is intended for general wellness and informational use only. It is not a medical device and must not be used to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
We may update this policy, for example when the App changes. The current version is always on this page, and the effective date above shows when it last changed.
