Accessibility Statement

FİRST POİNT YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("First Point", "We", "Us" or "Our") wants everyone to be able to use the firstpoint.com.tr website (the "Site"). This statement describes the accessibility measures built into the Site, the standard we work towards, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.

Scope

This statement covers the firstpoint.com.tr website. Our mobile apps publish their own accessibility statements, which are linked at the bottom of this page. Content hosted on other domains, such as our blog and our external app sites, is not covered here.

The standard we work towards

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA. WCAG is the international standard for making web content usable by people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

This statement is based on our own review of the Site. We have not commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so we describe the measures we have taken rather than claiming certified conformance.

Measures we have taken

• Skip to content: a "Skip to content" link is the first item you reach with the keyboard on every page, so you can jump past the header straight to the main content.
• Semantic structure: pages are built from real headings, lists, and landmarks rather than styled text, so screen readers can navigate and announce them correctly.
• Keyboard access: every link, button, and form field can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone, and the element you are on shows a visible focus outline.
• Text alternatives: every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms: each field on our contact form has a visible, permanently associated label, and fields that fail validation are marked so assistive technology can announce the problem.
• Colour and contrast: the Site uses a restrained palette chosen for legibility, and information is never conveyed by colour alone.
• Responsive layout: pages reflow down to small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed.
• Language: the page language is declared in the markup so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.
• Cookie banner: the consent banner is built from standard buttons, so it can be reached and dismissed with the keyboard.

Compatibility

The Site is built with standard HTML and CSS and is intended to work with current versions of the major browsers on desktop and mobile, together with the assistive technology those browsers support, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, and speech recognition software.
